Cancellation & Refunds
1. Subscription Management
Subscriptions can be managed directly through the application settings. Landlords have the flexibility to cancel their paid plans at any time. Upon cancellation, the current billing cycle will complete, and no further charges will be initiated for subsequent periods.
2. Data Access & Portability
All property, tenant, and invoice ledgers are available for export to CSV or PDF formats at any time. We encourage users to maintain secondary backups of their financial records for their specific compliance or taxation requirements.
3. Portfolio Retention
Following the conclusion of a billing cycle after cancellation, your portfolio will remain accessible for historical review. You can still view past invoices, ledgers, and payment trails for your taxes, but you will not be able to generate new operational entries or invoices.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Standard industry practice applies where service accessibility is delivered upon payment. Verified technical billing errors or duplicate charges will be investigated and corrected upon notification to our billing support team.
5. Plan Adjustments
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time based on how many properties you currently manage. Downgrades and the associated adjusted billing rates will automatically take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
