Terms of Service
Standard terms of service governing your use of the Rentinent property management platform.
1. Service Scope
Rentinent is a product and service provided by Fudayl Labs. Rentinent provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for the operational tracking of property management data. This agreement is between you (the user) and Fudayl Labs for the use of Rentinent. Use of the platform signifies agreement to maintain secure account credentials and comply with applicable real estate and data protection regulations.
2. User Governance & Compliance
The application calculates ledger balances and payment distributions based on user-provided inputs. Users are strictly responsible for the accuracy of financial data before using it for formal accounting, taxation, or legal purposes. Rentinent provides the infrastructure for record-keeping; the user provides final oversight and legal compliance.
3. Data Integrity
We maintain accurate computation logic for ledger deductions and property workflows. However, the reliability of system reports depends on the accuracy of data entry. Rentinent is not liable for operational or financial losses resulting from the input of incorrect property, lease, or payment information.
4. Platform Evolution
We continuously refine our platform to improve property management efficiency. Consequently, we regularly update the platform to introduce new tools, simplify your workflows, and improve overall speed and reliability.
5. Subscription Framework
Property management capacity exceeding the free introductory tier requires an active premium subscription. Subscription management and payment processing are facilitated through secure enterprise-grade third-party processors. Plans are intended for the properties and portfolio scope purchased. You may not circumvent plan limits, create false or duplicate property records, or use a single property record to represent multiple distinct properties or portfolios in order to evade limits. We may review, limit, or suspend accounts that show abusive or unusual usage patterns.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for maximum system availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Rentinent shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the software. In no event shall Rentinent's total cumulative liability for any claims exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of your use of the platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India for the resolution of any legal matters.
8. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
Any disputes or claims against Rentinent shall be resolved exclusively through individual, binding arbitration. By using this platform, you explicitly waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or consolidated legal proceedings.
9. Account Eligibility & Authority
You represent that you are legally authorized to create and manage the account, enter property and tenant data, and bind the organization or portfolio owner to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have that person or entity's permission to do so.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
11. Billing Authorization, Renewal & Early Access
When you select a paid plan, you authorize Rentinent and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and billing cycle amounts disclosed at checkout. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, and any pricing changes will apply only as disclosed in advance of the next billing period. Annual billing includes a two-month promotional discount compared with monthly billing. The Personal plan is currently offered as an Early Access promotion for the first 100 eligible accounts. During that promotion, qualifying accounts receive complimentary access for one property for the lifetime of the account. After the promotional allocation is exhausted, new accounts will remain on the standard Freemium tier, and any additional capacity or premium features will require an upgrade to one of the paid plans shown on the pricing page.
12. Intellectual Property
Rentinent retains all right, title, and interest in the software, interface, templates, branding, and documentation provided through the platform. Subject to these Terms and timely payment of any applicable fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal property management operations.
13. Third-Party Services
The platform may depend on or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or messaging systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Rentinent is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or security incidents outside our direct control.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time, and any surviving obligations relating to fees, liability limits, dispute resolution, and data retention will remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
Rentinent reserves the right to modify these Terms, pricing policies, and related service policies at any time to reflect changes in the service, the law, or our operating practices. If we make a material change, we will use a reasonable method of notice, and your continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms and policies.
