1. Information Collection
Rentinent is a service operated by Fudayl Labs. We collect the data necessary to provide a professional property management experience. This includes account information (name, contact details) and the operational data provided by users: property addresses, unit details, tenant records, lease timelines, and payment histories. Fudayl Labs processes this data strictly for the purpose of providing Rentinent services.
2. Data Security & Hosting
We utilize enterprise-grade encrypted cloud infrastructure to store and protect property records. Access controls and server-side authentication ensure that portfolio data is accessible only to authorized users. We maintain strict protocols to prevent unauthorized access to financial ledgers.
3. Data Usage Policies
Portfolio data is used exclusively to facilitate application functionality. We do not sell user data, nor do we share rent roll information or financial valuations with unauthorized third parties. Financial records and tenant histories remain the exclusive property of the user.
4. Landlord Responsibilities
As the user of the platform, the Landlord acts as the Primary Data Controller for the tenant information entered into the system. Rentinent acts as a Data Processor, facilitating the secure management of these records. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to record and manage their tenants' ledger data.
5. Subscription Processing
Payment information for Rentinent subscriptions is processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card credentials on our servers; these transactions are governed by the security and privacy policies of our processing partners.
6. Retention & Correction
Users maintain the ability to export and correct their portfolio data. We retain records for active accounts to ensure the continuity of historical audit trails. Following account closure, data may be maintained in a restricted state to comply with archival requirements or user-initiated retrieval requests.
7. Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Rentinent account, use the deletion link in Settings or contact us at rentinent@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account. We may retain certain records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, but we will process deletion requests for the account and associated data in line with applicable requirements.
